Hello, my name is Charles Smith and I have been working on watches for over 40 years and exclusively on Rolex watches since 1989. I started as an apprentice and then later attended classes from
manufacturers and AWCI. I earned my CW21 (Certified Watchmaker for the 21st Century), a prestigious certification which includes taking continuing education courses to maintain this status.
I constantly maintain a knowledge of modern mechanical watches by attending trade shows, and actively participating in AWCI and NAWCC. My most recent continuing education included courses on the
new split function bezel and crystal replacement on new Rolex watches.
